We understand returns are inevitable. If you have ordered the wrong item, or the wrong item was sent to you by mistake, you are able to return the it to us within 30 days of receipt.

- No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. To obtain an RMA Number, please call 1-888-488-6686 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
- Ship your returned item to Motovox, 15411 Hangar Rd, Kansas City, Missouri 64147 with your RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the box.
- All returns must include a copy of your invoice or YOUR REFUND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED!
- Motovox does NOT pay for return shipping under any circumstance.
- ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS or GRAPHICS (STICKERS OR DECALS)
- ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE.
- ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
- All items must be returned in original packaging in resalable condition with original labels or no refund will be issued, no exceptions.
- No returns on any item purchased on Closeout.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns and order cancellations. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
